FIREMASTER FIRE & SMOKE SERVERY CURTAIN

Firemaster Servery Curtain provides the benefits of a lightweight design that has been tested to BS476 Part 22 for 2 hour fire performance and BS7346 Part 3:BS EN 1363-1 for smoke containment. Relevant testing and assessments are Warres 104732 and LPC 92945.

Firemaster Servery Curtain is designed specifically for small to medium sized openings in the fire compartment wall up to 3000mm wide x 2000mm high. Larger openings can be accommodated but the head box will be larger. Contact our sales office for further details.

It eliminates the need to have a steel fire resisting rolling shutter when security is not required. The Firemaster Servery can also be fitted to provide the fire resistance when a see through rolling grille or shutter is required for everyday use.

It is especially suited to clean and hygienic environments such as kitchens and hospitals with the option of stainless steel guides and hood, or is equally at home over windows and receptions areas.

Roll formed steel 160mm high x 150mm deep with 30mm top fixing flange.

Operation

By single phase tubular motor with internal 'Gravity Fail Safe' brake and descent speed controller. Low level operation by compact 160mm wide x 80mm high x 87mm deep control panel with built in keyswitch.

24v DC 0.5 amps alarm supply required.

Control Options

CO/1 Control Panel
Maintained dedicated 230v AC 50 Hz fused spur and 0.5 amp alarm supply required (by others)

Up/Down switch and 'Alarm OK' and 'Main Power OK' status lights.

1. Barrier drives down and up when operated by keyswitch, or
2. Barrier drives down when alarm is activated and drives up when alarm is re-set. On mains power failure, barrier remains retracted until alarm is activated, then barrier descends by 'gravity fail safe' with safe, controlled descent. When mains and alarm are restored barrier drives up.

CO/1a Control Panel
With added localised smoke and heat detector (extra cost), as 1 & 2 plus:

3. Barrier drives down when alarm or smoke and heat detector is activated.
4. In the event of mains power failure, the barrier remains retracted until the alarm or smoke and heat detector is activated, then the barrier descends by 'gravity fail safe' with safe, controlled descent. When mains and alarm/detectors are restored, barrier drives up.

The control panel is on the left hand side as standard and is supplied pre-wired to the curtain with a 2m long cable. (Right hand available).
